Development
In 1958, the factory was established.
In 1984, “sound speed nozzle method air flow standard device” was set, while China had detected steam flow meter with gas in place of steam before, which won “the second prize of Scientific and Technological Achievement in Liaoning Province”. In addition, it was conferred as “Gas Flow Metering Station of Liaoning Metering Bureau” by Liaoning Technical Supervision Bureau.
In 1985, it was awarded as a “Small-scale Giant Enterprise” by Liaoning province.
In 1987, our factory invested technologies and capital to build a heavy caliber metrological verification device together with AVIC Shenyang LIMING Aero-engine (Group) Co., Ltd.
In 1989, it established “Liaoyang Installation Company of Liaoning Instrument and Meter Industrial Company”, so as to develop market.
In 1989, it was identified as a professional manufacturer of flow meter and level instrument by National Mechanical Department.
In August, 1991, our factory cooperated with Japanese Company for the first time to build a Sino-Japanese joint venture.
In December, 1991, our factory cooperated with another Japanese Company to build a Sino-Japanese joint venture in Dalian.
In 1991, “LFD powder impulse flow meter”, product of our factory, was listed into “Torch Plan” by State Scientific and Technological Commission. They were conferred with “National New Product” award by State Scientific and Technological Commission, Labor Department, Intelligent Group of the State Council, and General Administration of Quality Supervision
In 1998, “Liaoyang TIANSHI Chemical Plant” was established for enterprise development.
In 2001, it became a state-owned restructured enterprise, which was approved by municipal government.
In 2001, the municipal government conferred it as a “Contract-honoring & Promise-keeping Enterprise”.
In 2002, it passed ISO International Quality Management System Certification.
In 2002, “LFD powder impulse flow meter”, product of our factory, won gold award of Chinese international patent technology and product trade fair.
In 2003, it was awarded as a “product quality trustworthy organization” by Liaoyang Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Bureau.
In 2003, it was become a member unit for energy No.1 Website of China National Petroleum Corporation.
In 2003, it was become a material supplier for Liaoyang Petrochemical Engineering Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation.
In 2006, technicians of our company solved the puzzle of “wind speed hedging flow meter disturbance”, which was widely applied in the electrolytic aluminum industry, so that the puzzle of material metering in this industry was solved. At present, the product has been in the lead in China and achieved international level.
In July, 2007, it was conferred as “AAA credit enterprise in Liaoning”.
In October, 2007, it invested to establish “Liaoyang Kelin Material Trade Co., Ltd” to develop sales market at home and abroad.
In December, 2007, “Liaoyang Automation Instrument Group” with the parent company of Liaoyang Automation Instrument Group Co., Ltd was established, “Liaoyang Instrument Group” for short. Liaoyang Instrument Group has five subsidies, including two Sino-foreign joint ventures.
In April, 2009, it became a “level-1 material supplier” of China National Petroleum Corporation.
In August, 2011, it became a “level-1 supplier” of Tuha Oilfield Market Group Company of China National Petroleum Corporation.
In September, 2011, it became a “level-1 procurement supplier” of Daqing Oilfield Company Limited.
